How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 2 business days. However, items that include 3D printed parts may require up to 5 business days before shipping due to production time.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We work with UPS and USPS, based on your location, package weight, and the shipping option selected at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

For UPS

  • Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • International: Shipping times vary depending on the destination .

For USPS

Shipping times are not promised. Below is typical but but not guaranteed. 

  • Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days but 
  • International: Shipping times vary depending on the destination.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, please feel free to contact us for help.

What if my package is lost or never arrives?

If your package goes missing, email us at support@theocdplug.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made. Please double-check your shipping info during checkout.

My order showed as delivered but it is not in my mailbox. What now?

It is fairly common for USPS to mark a package as delivered before actually delivering it. This is extremely common. Please allow 48 hours for the package to make its arrival, it was likely marked as delivered once it was handed off to a third party delivery service or loaded on a delivery vehicle.
