1. Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee

1.1. Duration: We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery.

1.2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund under the Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee, you must provide photo proof of the product removed from the vehicle and no longer useable.

1.3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service at support@theocdplug.com with your order number and photo proof. No return of the product is required.

1.4. Refund Amount: Upon approval, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping fees or additional charges. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Warranty-Related Refunds

2.1. Lifetime Warranty: Our products come with a lifetime warranty. If you encounter any issues covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service at support@theocdplug.com.

2.2. Refund Process: If a defect is found and is covered by our warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective product. If a refund is deemed necessary, the process outlined in section 1.3 will be followed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1. Digital Products: Refunds are not available for digital products or downloadable content.

3.2. Customized Products: Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Returns

 If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service at [support@theocdplug.com] within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4.1 Restocking Fee: Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not related to the quality or craftsmanship of the product. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.

4.2 Quality or Craftsmanship Issues: If your item is defective or damaged due to our error or if there are any quality or craftsmanship issues, we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

4.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4.4 Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount spent on return shipping will be deducted from your original method of payment within 5 days.
