Installation Instructions

If your holster shipped with double sided tape. Please allow 24 hours for the tape to fully bond before inserting a gun.

Step 1. Test fit your weapon.

Test fit your weapon in the holster just to ensure it fits.

Our holsters are designed to be form fitted to the vehicle. In some instances, this comes with a price. The holster has to be inserted in a particular orientation or it WILL NOT GO IN AND IT WILL BREAK! If you already broke it, Submit a warranty claim here.

Note: If there is not a video of your holster, it likely drops right in and an installation video is not necessary.

Step 3. Plan your approach

Before removing the backing from the 3M VHB tape. Test fit the holster in your vehicle. Pay special attention to where the tape will touch any panels.

Step 4. Prep your surfaces

Clean any areas where the VHB tape will adhere to. If is fairly common for vehicles to have silicone based interior dressing. If the VHB tape comes in contact with any silicone based products it will render it useless.

Step 5. Peel the tape and get it mounted

Now that you have watched the video... You have watched the video, right?

If not, go watch the video and go back to step 2.

Peel the adhesive backing and install your new OCD Holster. Once installed apply firm pressure to give the adhesive time to bond. The adhesive will fully bond after 24 hours. DO NOT IMMEDIATELY PLACE YOUR GUN IN THE HOLSTER.
