Order Fulfillment Process
Upon receiving an order, our team initiates the fulfillment process by generating a shipping label. It's important to note that the printing of the shipping label does not necessarily mean that the item has been shipped; it signals the beginning of the fulfillment journey.
USPS Drop-off
Within 24 hours of generating the shipping label, we ensure that the packages are dropped off at the nearest USPS facility. While we make every effort to expedite this process, please be aware that the initial tracking information may not be immediately reflected on the USPS website.
Tracking Delays
USPS may not immediately update their tracking system to reflect the receipt of the packages. In some instances, it may take up to 5 days for movement to be visible. This delay does not imply that your package is stationary; rather, it might skip the intake scan for various reasons.

Great for my 2025 GMc truck perfect fit
I am happy with the purchase of the OCD Plug to charge my iPhone as I have an older Ford F150 that doesn't have the new options as the newer vehicles do. Installs nicely and I ordered it with the tray which hides the charging cord perfectly. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants the ease of charging your phone without all the cords being in the way.
Not happy with the product install. I feel the tip they have with the install suggestion of using dish soap. Any colored dish soap will show up under your screen protector. After attempting to remove the screen protector and try again ruined it. I have two more for different cars I have not yet installed. After several attempts to contact them failed I write this review. The funny thing is I got repeated requests for a review and also they said to contact them if not happy. I have heard absolutely nothing back. Hmmm. Stand behind product?
It is a perfect addition to the truck
I have an Sig XMacro that is my edc. It has 17 rd magazine with 9mm. The mag is too heavy for the magnet that comes with the plug. I wish it had an extra magnet to handle the extra weight.
